The preparation of Wills including advising on executors, trustees and guardians of any infant children, dealing with Revenue Commissioners and dealing with the Probate Office to obtain Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration.

Administering the estate of the deceased person in accordance with the terms of a Will, or if a Will does not exist, in accordance with laws of inheritance.
